Point to Ponder: There is more to life than just here and now.
Verse to Remember: "This world is fading away, along with everything it craves. But if you do the will of God, you will live forever." 1 John 2:17 (NLT)
Question to Consider: Since I was made to last forever, what is the one thing I should stop doing and the one thing I should start doing today?

There are times in my life where I feel I do way too much of something and way not enough of other things. Some are important, but in light of who we are called to be....I need to be more consumed with Jesus.
I always pick on my husband because he so loves his nap time (when he gets it which is very rare). Inside, I always get frustrated because who has time to nap!? There's so much to do!
I know we could all use a nap - I feel like that 98% of my day, but there is just not enough time for that - especially when I still passionately want and need to do my devotions, spend time in prayer, read a good "Be a better Christan" book, journal, study my Word....I didn't even get to all the life stuff like dishes and laundry! Who has time to squeeze a nap in there?
From time to time, I argue with God about lessening up my daily load to spend more time with Him. ...One day.... But for now, I will joyously continue to diligently work on the tasks that God has placed in my schedule, spend quality time with my family as best i can, delight in the time I have with extended family (like my Reading Wrestling family that I love so very much) and get to the house stuff when I get to it...(HA HA HA!!).
I could not imagine my life any other way. Fully on devoted to the work of loving my family and the awesome work of the ministry at LWF and in my city of Reading! Who could ask for anything better?! I love my "Purpose Driven" LIFE!!!
